Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@maison-velvetsa.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using a traceable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable courier service, as Maison Velvet is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@maison-velvetsa.store.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
