Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. As our cushions are handcrafted, some orders may require additional preparation time. You will be notified via email if there is any delay.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
Other urban areas: 3–5 business days
Remote or rural areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — check your cart at checkout for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Packaging

Each Maison Velvet cushion is packaged with care to protect the delicate velvet fabric during transit. We use protective wrapping to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Maison Velvet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
